SiFive is looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Engineer to help manage support in our Taiwan location. As a member of the IT team this position will be responsible for all on and off boarding activities. In addition the role will be responsible for helping to maintain infrastructure in the Taiwan office. This position will provide high quality support to the employees in Taiwan as well as other SiFive locations.


  • Managing procurement and deployment of laptops and other equipment to employees.
  • Managing and maintaining inventory of all assets.
  • Managing the provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts for all services as needed.
  • Managing Zoom Rooms Video conferencing systems and provide support when needed.
  • Working with teams across other locations to manage Service Desk ticket queue.
  • Assisting in management of end point management systems such as Jamf and Desktop Central.
  • Ensuring IT compliance with SiFive Security standards.


  • 4+ years of progressive experience in an IT Helpdesk, IT Systems, SaaS, and Server Admin capacity.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Workplace and Office 365.
  • Experience working with Single Sign on systems such as Okta.
  • Knowledge of end point management systems such as Jamf and ability to automate common support tasks.
  • Extensive knowledge of Mac OS and Windows 10 operating systems. Linux a plus.
  • Good understanding of IT Security best practices.
  • Great customer Services skills and a can do attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and focus on multiple tasks.
