- Seek and prospect for new accounts that can utilize SiFive products.
- Establish effective processes and work closely with the demand generation and lead processing team to turn the Top of Funnel into Opportunities, and then close them.
- Understand how to sell and position value.
- Create and execute account plans in order to achieve financial and key objectives.
- Create accurate opportunity forecasts, and oversee the maintenance of CRM databases.
- Develop productive customer relations and understand the business needs of your customers.
- Continuously invest in improving sales process and enabling a culture of team work.
- Explore ways of improving the status quo both within the sales team and across the company while crafting a trusted and open work environment.
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development teams at semiconductor companies, prior experience in IP Sales is highly preferable.
- Energy and passion for finding opportunities.
- A proven record of consistently delivering against financial targets.
- A deep understanding of the sales process.
- The mentality to thrive in a dynamic and multifaceted fast-growing organization.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
